Mission Statement
The Health Services team is committed to providing high-quality holistic care by promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellness of each student. Through collaboration with our students, families, faculty, and staff, we will advocate for the health and safety needs of each student to best prepare them to learn, lead, and develop the confidence and self-efficacy needed to achieve their highest level of success.
Health Forms
Kinkaid stores all health records securely online in the Magnus Health system. Annually, parents must upload physical exams, immunizations and medical care plans to each child’s account. Please update your child’s Magnus Health account throughout the year with any changes in their health status, food allergies or medications.
How to Upload Health Forms
- Click on the My Kinkaid tab found in the header of this website to visit the My Kinkaid Parent Portal.
- Log into My Kinkaid using your Veracross username and password, the same that you used when accessing your child’s application (If you do not remember your username and/or password, you may use this password reset link).
- Scroll down the page to the Health Information section. Here, you can download and print any forms you may need.
- Click on the Magnus Health Portal button to access Magnus and upload all required information.
