Helpful Tips
• Students do not use locks on the lockers (Really!)
• The door and sides of the locker are made of a non-metallic surface, so magnets do not work. Anything adhered to the locker must be removed completely by the student at the end of the year. Double stick tape is not usually strong enough to hold up heavy items, so something like double-sided foam tape is usually needed.
• It is helpful to post a copy of the student’s schedule on the inside of the door of the locker. You can laminate it or use a clear plastic sheet protector.
• Adding an extra shelf purchased at an office supply store can help with organization.
• Backpacks are able to be stored in the student’s Advisor’s room, so they can use the bottom shelf for extra storage.
• All supplies should include the student's full name and locker number before the start of school, but wait for further instructions on the rest of the labeling.
• Please refer to the binder set-up instructions in order to properly label binders.
Students have the freedom to decorate the inside of their lockers if they so choose. The faculty request that it be done appropriately and without going overboard.
