Fall Planning Meeting for the ISAS Arts Festival
Fall Planning Meeting Update:
"The fall planning meeting is scheduled to take place September 11-12, 2020 on Kinkaid’s campus. However, it may be more realistic and prudent to conduct this meeting over Zoom. We will let you know by July 15th, 2020 in what mode the meeting will take place. As a reminder, according to the ISAS Arts Festival Policies and Procedures, “If a school expects to be eligible to participate in the spring Festival, a representative of the school MUST attend the fall Festival Planning Meeting at the Host School.” At present, we intend to follow the policy as written.

- July 15th, 2020: Deadline for decision on the mode of the Planning Meeting
- August 12, 2020: The hotel registration deadline for room reservations for the Fall Planning Meeting
- September 1, 2020: The Fall Planning Meeting Registration deadline.
