The Kinkaid School Health Services Mission Statement
The Health Services team is committed to providing high-quality holistic care by promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellness of each student. Through collaboration with our students, families, faculty, and staff, we will advocate for the health and safety needs of each student to best prepare them to learn, lead, and develop the confidence and self-efficacy needed to achieve their highest level of success.
Health Forms
How to upload your Magnus forms via phone or tablet:
- Go to Kinkaid.org via your phone or tablet
- Login to the parent portal
- Click on the “Magnus Health Portal” link
- Login to the Magnus portal is the same as your Kinkaid parent portal login
- Click on the “Complete Now” button on the student requiring action
- Next to the “Annual Physical Exam Record” click the “Turn it in” button
- Click on “Yes, submit”
- Choose if you would like to “upload.”
- Uploading- click on “Add File”
- Choose Take Photo or Video
- Click on “Use Photo”
- Click “Upload Files”
Upload your child's Health Forms
Kinkaid stores all health records securely online in the Magnus Health system. Kinkaid Health Services has gone paperless. Annually, parents must upload physical exams, immunizations and medical care plans to each child’s account. Please update your child’s Magnus Health account throughout the year with any changes in their health status, food allergies or medications. To access your child’s Magnus Health account go to www.kinkaid.org and login to the parent portal. Click on the teal blue “Magnus Health Portal" link and log into Magnus using the same username and password that you used to log into the Kinkaid Parent Portal.
