This year, we are celebrating the 76th Kinkaid Book Fair!
Each year, our entire Kinkaid community comes together to celebrate literacy and reading at the largest school-held book fair in the city. We can’t wait to celebrate the 76th Annual Kinkaid Book Fair with you!
We hope you will make plans to shop with us on Monday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 11th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Melcher Gym! We will have thousands of books on hand and our famous Book Fair Boutique with custom designed Kinkaid merchandise as well as the Book Fair Coffee Bar with delicious coffee and sweet treats.

Parents and grandparents are welcome to shop with their students. Shopping schedules will be communicated to families in advance of Book Fair via the Falcon Flyer.

Family Night
Join the Kinkaid community for Book Fair Family Night on Sunday, November 8, from 5:00–7:00 PM to shop our 76th Book Fair and enjoy a delicious catered dinner! This event is a school fundraiser, and the evening is designed as a full experience. Your ticket includes dinner and desserts, plus early access to shop the boutique before it opens to the public. We hope you’ll come enjoy the night while supporting the school! This is a fun, community-wide event where grandparents and special friends are welcome to dine and shop too!
Family Night tickets are available now on the Online School Store. Pre-purchased tickets will be picked up at Family Night; no tickets will be sent home in advance. Walk-up tickets will be available at the door for $20 per person. KOA only.
Boutique Order Form
We are thrilled to once again offer Book Fair Boutique Pre-Sale items! Pre-orders will be accepted from August 28-September 18. Pre-ordered items may be picked up only during Family Night on Sunday, November 8, from 5:00–7:00 PM.
With the implementation of pre-orders, we will not be able to accept returns and exchanges.
Underwriting
The Kinkaid Book Fair provides the annual budget for our three incredible libraries. Book Fair Underwriters provide direct funding to our Lower, Middle, and Upper School libraries, helping to defray the costs associated with the event. Your support will enable our libraries to remain state-of-the-art. All underwriting donations received by October 16th will be recognized on printed banners and materials as well as online.
