To help you plan for the exciting school year ahead, please make careful note of any changes on the 2025-26 Academic School Calendar from previous years. For example, after Spring Break, students return to school on Monday, March 16, 2026.

Reminders
- During ongoing construction, it is important that all drivers and pedestrians on campus be alert and flexible.
- Please note, the carpool process is different and also some dropoff/pickup locations are different. You are encouraged to review the carpool maps.
- The campus speed limit is 10 MPH and the garage is 5 MPH.
- Do not use your phone while driving in our school zones or on campus and please adhere to all signage. You will be stopped and asked to put any device away.
- Carpool, dropoff, and pickup success depends on how efficiently the cars load and unload! Please be prepared to unload and load your children.
- Handicap (ADA) and RESERVED parking spaces are not “extra spaces.” You must have the proper decals in order to park in ADA parking. Your vehicle will be moved if it is blocking a restricted area.
- Please register all vehicles that will be on campus in Veracross through the My Kinkaid Parent Page. On this page, there is a button to review and update your Contact and Vehicle information.
- Middle School students will receive carpool placard on the first day of school. Cars will be required to have them on display when entering campus for afternoon pickup.
- If you change vehicles during the school year, please remove the decal and place it on your new vehicle. If it becomes damaged, please contact your division to request a new one.
- Please adhere to our traffic team’s directions at all times. It is for the safety of all individuals on our campus.
- Do not park your vehicle in any fire lane, crosswalk, carpool lane, or shuttle lane during carpool. This severely impacts the easy flow of forward moving traffic. Please ask a member of the traffic safety team for assistance if you are unsure of where to go or where to park. Please be aware, we may need to alter carpool processes and/or routes for safety and efficiency.

Welcome to the Kinkaid Parents' Association's Online School Store!
The Online School Store (OSS) is a convenient place to order everything your student(s) and family want for the entire 2025-2026 school year, including:
- Event and fundraiser t-shirts (Homecoming, St. John’s game, Book Fair, and Field Day)
- Family event tickets (Falcon Family Feast, Book Fair Family Night)
- Book Fair Bucks
- Extra Middle School PE uniforms
- Student tickets to social events (Homecoming Dance, 9th Grade Pre-HOCO Dinner, Middle School socials, 9th & 10th Grade Event, Junior & Senior Prom)
- Upper School Homecoming mums/garters and personalization accessories
- Performing Arts season ticket memberships
- The Falcon newsmagazine subscriptions
How do I use the OSS?
Visit schoolstore.kinkaid.org
- Shop the OSS when you have 20-30 minutes to spend going through all the items. It is a good idea to have your calendar handy to record the dates of the events for which you purchase tickets.
- Click on each category that pertains to your student/family, then add items to your online shopping cart.
- For t-shirts and event tickets - after selecting size or quantity, you must type in name of the recipient. Please repeat for each student.
How do I pay for items in the OSS?
- Create an account in Square (if you haven’t done so previously).
- Save your credit card information (Kinkaid on Account (KOA) cannot be used).
- Place items in your cart and carefully review (no refunds).
- At checkout, click the “Free Shipping & Free Pickup” button.
- **SAVE YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT!** - this is your only record of your purchases.
Other tips for using OSS?
- SAVE the confirmation email from “The Kinkaid School Store” – the subject will be “Thank you for your Order” - neither the Parents’ Association nor the PLVC has access to view your purchases.
- It’s best to order everything early and all at once.
- There are rolling deadlines for the various items (see graphic below). Some items (e.g., t-shirts, HOCO mums) will not be available after these deadlines!
- Read the Parents' Association section of the Falcon Flyer each week for reminders about deadlines.

Health Forms
Your student's health forms are due July 31! If you haven't filled out these forms, please do so now using the link below.

Student ID Numbers
Student ID numbers may be accessed through the "My Family Information" button on the My Kinkaid Parent Page.
To view your student's ID number, click on the "My Children" tab. Then, hover over your student's photo on the left side of the screen, as seen in the image below. Parents may access only their individual student's ID numbers.
Uniform & Dress Code Policies
Parents, please remember to order uniforms for your Lower and Middle School students. Kinkaid Lower and Middle School students wear a uniform every day.
Flynn O'Hara Uniforms is the official school uniform provider.
Online Book Store
The Barnes & Noble Online Book Store is scheduled to open August 1! There will be free shipping on orders of $59 or more through August 14.
