Girls Track & Field

Track and field is the perfect sport to build speed, strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, focus and mental toughness. Participation in track and field encourages self-motivation, builds self-confidence, and teaches self-discipline. It is a unique sport where athletes are required to compete in individual events while working and training and competing in meets towards a common team goal. Committed coaches strive to teach the necessary skills and techniques to excel in individual events. Track and field is a no-cut spring sport and any interested Kinkaid girl is welcome to join the track and field team in the spring.
