The online application deadlines for the 2027-2028 school year are as follows:

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: Friday, September 18, 2026
1st Grade-12th Grade: Wednesday, December 2, 2026

Kinkaid accepts applications one year prior to the date of expected entry. Natural entry points are Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Sixth Grade, and Ninth Grade. Space availability in all other grades is based on attrition. Please select the grade-level options below for specific grade-level application requirements. You may use the Admission Portal during the admission process to check the status of your application. Application forms are available in the section below.

Lower School

Pre-Kindergarten

Age Requirement – Candidates must be at least four years old by July 1 of the year they will enter Pre-Kindergarten, and they must not have turned five before June 1 of the year they will enter Pre-Kindergarten.
