The Teacher Recommendation form is to be confidential responses from your child’s current instructor. The form is an editable PDF that can be completed electronically and emailed to admission@kinkaid.org or mailed to the Admission and Enrollment Management Office.

The recommendations are confidential responses from your child’s current instructors and school administrator. The teacher recommendation forms and school administrator recommendation form are editable PDF versions that can be completed electronically and emailed to admission@kinkaid.org or mailed to the Admission and Enrollment Management Office.

Grades 6-12 Math and English Teacher Recommendations: In order to give the teacher(s) time to get to know your applicant better, we ask that you not give the teacher(s) this form before Monday, December 1, 2025. This form will be due Monday, January 12, 2026. The Kinkaid Admission and Enrollment Management Office cannot accept recommendations that are submitted before Monday, December 1, 2025.

Special Interest Recommendation: To begin the process, a parent or guardian must complete the request form. Once submitted, the Special Interest Recommendation Form will be automatically emailed to the recommender listed in the form. The request form should be submitted by December 16, 2025, to allow the recommender sufficient time to complete their portion. The recommender's form is due Monday, January 12, 2026. 

School Administrator Recommendation: Please share this form with your child's school administrator no earlier than December 1, 2025. The recommendation form is only accepted directly from the school administrator.

Optional Arts and Athletics Supplement: 

As part of the application process, students who have excelled in the arts or athletics have the option to submit supplemental information. Detailed requirements and an explanation of this process are available at kinkaid.slideroom.com.
