Halle Brazda a middle school student wins first place in the annual Law Day Art Contest, sponsored by the Houston Bar Association. She also placed first in the State Bar of Texas Law Day Art Contest for the entire state. This contest celebrates Law Day, which was established by President Eisenhower in 1953. Law Day is a national holiday that expands awareness of our laws and the justice system.
