The Eighth Grade Band was awarded a ratings of "Superior" for sight-reading and "Excellent" for their concert. The Upper School and Seventh Grade Bands both won "Sweepstakes" for their superior ratings in both areas of competition!

The day yielded many good lessons for them: increased  camaraderie, working under pressure, and adapting to new surroundings while relying upon their experience and training to make quick decisions. The day was a blur, but a successful blur at that.
