Sage Dining Services has operated the Kinkaid cafeteria since August 2007.  Sage specializes in providing food service management to independent schools and colleges and counts Greenhill School, St. Mary's Hall, Duchesne, Awty, River Oak Baptist, and St. Francis among its Texas clients.  A committee comprised of students, parents, faculty, and administrators met earlier in the summer of 2007 and unanimously selected Sage.
