Benchmarks of Excellence

The Kinkaid School seeks educators who combine demonstrated excellence in the classroom, affection and respect for young people, and willingness to participate in collegial work with fellow teachers. Teachers at the middle and upper school levels typically teach five sections (4 in some disciplines), advise a group of students, and are involved in other areas of student life. The Kinkaid School offers highly competitive compensation and excellent working conditions, including small class size and state of the art facilities.
