The Faculty

The Kinkaid faculty consists of 195 women and men, educated throughout the United States and in several foreign countries.  Faculty, in addition to teaching, serve as advisors to students and sponsors of an extracurricular student club or organization.  There also is the opportunity to coach interscholastic athletics in a variety of sports at all levels of competition.  The Kinkaid School encourages applications from candidates of all races and cultures.

Students and Programs

Students at The Kinkaid School are distinguished by their ability to do rigorous academic work while engaging in rich extracurricular activities in the arts and athletics.  Art and music are emphasized in all three divisions, and competitive athletic opportunities abound for students in the Middle and Upper Schools.  Middle and Upper School students engage in a variety of community service projects, and an Honor Code is in effect in the Upper School.  The Kinkaid community emphasizes character: honesty, responsibility, respect, and kindness.
