TOGETHER

Everything we do is about TOGETHER.  This is a team sport, and as such we work together in everything we do.  We emphasize fundamentals at every level.  Stick skills, ground ball work, shooting, passing, and effort are the fundamentals we build our program around.  It is our belief that success and performance in these fundamental areas will lead us to success on the field. 

We aim to give every level of play a coaching experience that will prepare them for their next level of play.  At the varsity level we structure practices to look similar to a college level practice.  Expecting our players to learn and understand multiple offensive sets, multiple defensive looks, a number of rides and clears, and various extra-man plays and defenses helps up prepare for any opponent.  At the lower levels they will learn different pieces to our varsity puzzle.  TOGETHER as a progam we look to force other teams into bad situations through superior coaching tactics.
