Progression and Evaluations

For Middle School swimmers, the team is co-ed and there is only one team due to its size.

At the end of the season, each swimmer is judged on their individual progress in all four strokes, starts and turns, and their contribution to the team.

 2. Team contribution

  • Positive attitude
  • Confidence and willingness to try what the coaches are asking
