WHAT IS THE FIRST PHASE?

• An additional parking lot will increase the School's overall parking by ten percent allowing most of the student parkers at Chapelwood United Methodist Church back on campus and creating more parking spots for guests.
• The entrance will be widened to ensure a smoother traffic flow off of and onto San Felipe during peak times, as well to improve the movement of cars on campus.
• The Outdoor Learning Center will be a natural multi-acre space for students to grow ideas, to learn in and about their environment, and to develop responsibility for the world around them.  Nature trails and access to the Buffalo Bayou will be created, expanding the Kinkaid Backyard Outdoor Classroom.   The Center will include a sustainable, state-of-the-art classroom that provides unique teaching opportunities for all students.
